Students at Kingdom Vineyard

Students have been an essential part of Kingdom Vineyard since its very beginning.

We're passionate about “equipping the saints,” and so we love to invest in our students and see them grow over the time we have them.

We love students getting involved in (and getting trained in!) every area of church life. You’ll see students serving in every aspect of ministry from leading homegroups, to leading Sunday services, to serving on our Kids and Youth teams.

We also run a students’ ministry which aims to “help students make connections with God” and build real relationships with each other. We hope that through your time as a student in Kingdom Vineyard you’ll grow and be challenged in your relationship with God and find yourself in a community of people who are running after Jesus.

Meet the team!

Caitlin & Carrie

Caitlin is our Assistant Pastor and Carrie, our Kids and Youth Pastor. Together, they wear the hat of Student Pastor and look after our students and our Student Ministry at KV. If you’d like to get in touch with them, email students@kingdomvineyard.com

Student Ministry at KV

Homegroup

Homegroups are the primary point of pastoral care in Kingdom Vineyard. They meet weekly in members’ homes to worship, to read and talk about the Bible, and to pray for one another. We have a group led by students for students, journeying alongside one another and seeking to get closer to Jesus.

Find out more about homegroups and how to join one here!

Student Ministry Nights

Once a month, instead of meeting as a homegroup, our students come together for a Student Ministry Night. These happen in the St Davids Centre and include a time of worship, teaching or discussion and prayer ministry.

Student Socials

A couple of times a semester we hold socials to simply hang out, have fun and make friends. You can expect games (probs), snacks (defo) and laughter (hopefully). These will range from simply gathering over a board game or venturing further afield to escape the bubble for a bit!

Mentoring

Sometimes it is just nice to sit across the table from someone who is a bit further on in life and their relationship with Jesus, and so we have mentoring available for any student who is in a homegroup. Get in touch with Caitlin & Carrie by emailing students@kingdomvineyard.com if this is something you’re interested in.

Church Lunch

After church, most Sundays, church lunch takes place. This is something that isn’t formally organised but organically happens and we love it! Often this looks like picking up lunch in town and heading to someone’s house to eat. You be more than welcome to join, it’s a really great way to get stuck into community!

Keep in the Loop!

We have a WhatsApp community for students in KV to hear about what is going on and when. You can join via the QR code or the link below.
